With its recent acquisition of the Dixie Cup Factory in Wilson Borough, Pennsylvania, Skyline Investment Group will transform the 652,000 sq. ft. Dixie Cup plant into an upscale 405-unit, market-rate apartment complex. Coming online in the first quarter of 2026, the thoughtfully designed complex will include rooftop amenities, an on-site dog spa and lounge, gym, game room, podcast studio, pool, indoor mini pickleball courts, golf simulator, and 7,200 square feet of office space. While adding critical apartment inventory, the project will also preserve important ties to the past and will create eight permanent jobs and 133 construction and trade-related jobs.

Located at 415 & 315 South 24th St./Lehigh Street, in Wilson Borough, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, the iconic Dixie Cup factory has been an important part of the community since it opened in 1921. It operated continuously until the early 1980s and has remained empty for nearly four decades.
