As part of the planned New Life District, the approximately 3-acre adjacent parcel to the Dixie Cup Factory will serve as the location of the Wilson Residences in Wilson Borough, PA,
To enhance the area’s lifestyle options, 377 multifamily residences are planned that will feature 1920s-inspired art elegantly paired with modern amenities. Drawing on the adjacent historic Dixie Cup Factory for design and architectural inspiration, the project blends classic industrial character with contemporary design. The development is currently in preconstruction across adjacent parcels and is expected to create approximately 200 permanent jobs. Planned amenities include EV charging infrastructure, a full-service restaurant, curated retail, and a full suite of resident amenities and services.
Construction is scheduled to start the end of 2nd quarter 2027.
