GlassHouse
A future phase of Skyline Investment Group’s Master Development Vision is “GlassHouse,” with five 10-story buildings creating 2,500 Class A, workforce apartments with ground-floor retail, approximately 5,000 indoor parking spaces and over 100 EV charging stations. Skyline Investment Group Easton has acquired the land and is already in the predevelopment stage of construction for Building 1.
Ten foot ceiling heights and eight foot high doors highlight the style connection to the adjacent Dixie Cup Factory, currently under construction. Along with the over 400 workforce apartments created by renovating the Dixie Cup Factory, the GlassHouse complex will expand on that plan by further reducing a 9,000 unit housing shortage in the Lehigh Valley. The increased population and workforce will drive demand for housing, retail, and other community services, fostering a more vibrant and resilient local economy.
Residents of both 1921 at Dixie Avenue (the former Dixie Cup Factory), The Wilson by Gensler, and GlassHouse will enjoy two social destinations for both residents and the community. Adjacent to GlassHouse, a new community hub is opening in 2026 as a Bar, Cafe, and Bark Park. The Boiler House will feature a full-service bar offering beer, wine, cheese, and light fare, providing a welcoming space where guests can relax, work, or connect with fellow pet owners. The GlassHouse will offer a unique social destination that starts with a ground-floor museum that leads to a rooftop Wine Bar. GlassHouse will also include a curated selection of industry-leading, ground-floor retail tenants such as Gordon Ramsay, Starbucks Reserve, Lululemon, Red Door Spa, and New Life Market. This dynamic integration of residential and commercial spaces is designed to create a vibrant destination that appeals to residents and visitors seeking a sophisticated urban experience.
